崗位職責：
1、根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略及公司年度計劃，協(xié)助總經理執(zhí)行集團公司下達的酒店事業(yè)部年度經營目標；
2、協(xié)助總經理統(tǒng)籌集團下屬酒店資源，確保下屬酒店各項經濟指標的實現(xiàn)，達成下屬酒店穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的目的；
3、負責洽談及拓展國際酒店管理公司的合作；
4、負責公司新酒店項目的前期籌建籌備工作；
5、完成領導交辦的其他工作。

任職資格：
1、具備本行業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理能力;
2、良好的溝通與協(xié)調能力、學習與創(chuàng)新能力、敏捷的反應能力、良好的心理承受能力；
3、具有酒店管理、企業(yè)管理、公關關系、經濟學等理論知識，擅長中英文書寫、檔案管理；
4、有國外同行業(yè)工作、學習背景優(yōu)先考慮。
