## Role OverviewThis position combines technical video production skills with an understanding of filmmaking principles to transform classroom recordings into comprehensive learning resources. 上海溫哥華電影學院是一所中外合作培養(yǎng)影視及娛樂人才的一年制非學歷高等教育學院。合作雙方為國家重點高校上海大學和加拿大頗具規(guī)模的娛樂藝術人才培訓學校溫哥華電影學院。2014年6月15日，上海大學與加拿大溫哥華電影學院在上海國際電影節(jié)上召開新聞發(fā)布會，聯(lián)合宣布正式成立上海溫哥華電影學院。學院由上海市政府指導建立，上海市文廣局、市教委、閘北區(qū)政府與上海大學均為理事單位。上海溫哥華電影學院首批引進溫哥華電影學院全日制一年期的“電影制作、3d動畫與視覺效果、視覺媒體聲音設計、影視化裝設計”4個專業(yè)，2015年將引進“影視表演”和“游戲設計”專業(yè)。以后還會陸續(xù)引進“影視劇作、娛樂產(chǎn)業(yè)管理、經(jīng)典動畫”等專業(yè)。學院實行全英文教學。未來，學院還會針對中國市場開發(fā)適和的長短期課程，并定期對已有課程進行更新。辦學前三年，學院80%師資來自北美，均為擁有豐富產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)驗和教學經(jīng)驗的業(yè)界翹楚。除了一流的國際化師資外，學院還配有一流的教學設備，實行高強度高密度沉浸式實踐教學，以培養(yǎng)符合國際電影工業(yè)標準的高端人才。除了原汁原味引進教學體系外，圍繞上海溫哥華電影學院，市政府還作為重點工程，同步打造“環(huán)上海大學國際影視產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)”。其中上海大學延長路校區(qū)作為核心區(qū)，規(guī)劃建設了電影、電視、美術、創(chuàng)意設計4所藝術類學院，影視制作、作品展示、影視云智慧服務3大平臺，中國藝術研究院上海分院、中國社科院上海發(fā)展研究院2個研究機構(gòu)，以及大學科技園（影視文化主題）的“4321”計劃，吸引一批政府服務、內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作、渠道發(fā)行、后期制作、教育培訓、文化金融、法律服務類的優(yōu)質(zhì)資源和機構(gòu)向園區(qū)集中，打造世界一流的影視教育和影視產(chǎn)業(yè)基地。
