崗位職責：管理UPS設計質量控制，包括設計評審、設計問題審查、設計交付檢查以及工程變更審查等；執行FAI（首件檢驗），包括電氣測試、內部質量檢查，并向KA客戶提交FAI報告；召開會議討論風險問題，確認問題嚴重性并跟蹤處理狀態；根據客戶投訴和關鍵生產問題維護設計和測試標準；持續分析現場及應用環境，評估驗證方法以提升設計質量控制流程和工具；檢查其他功能測試報告并在CFR中匯報；檢查工程變更單（CO）的質量，確保變更質量。崗位要求：本科及以上學歷3年以上相關工作經驗精通產品設計和測試標準，具備質量流程的專業知識
