職責:管理與開發(fā)現(xiàn)有輪胎大客戶的業(yè)務(wù),驅(qū)動銷售增長,達成銷售指標。制定并執(zhí)行客戶戰(zhàn)略與行動計劃,建立并保持與客戶中高層的良好關(guān)系,推動在客戶端的各種有助于業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展活動(路演、培訓、研討會等等)目標產(chǎn)品和方案的持續(xù)有效推進,確保在客戶端的品牌入圍與指定工作。識別并拓展?jié)撛跇I(yè)務(wù)機會,承擔重要項目的項目管理職責。支持區(qū)域銷售在目標潛力客戶的業(yè)務(wù)的開發(fā)工作。保持與國際總部對口同事的日常溝通,相互間及時傳達信息,確保高質(zhì)量的跨國合作與協(xié)調(diào)。按時遞交必要的工作文檔(工作報告、項目管理報告、應(yīng)用案例、拜訪報告等等),定期的向上級與公司管理層匯報與反饋。崗位要求:3年以上電氣、機械、及自動化領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的銷售經(jīng)驗或客戶管理經(jīng)驗;有輪胎行業(yè)及相關(guān)行業(yè)工作背景或經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先考慮。電氣自動化機械專業(yè)背景。良好的業(yè)務(wù)導向意識與溝通能力。善于人際關(guān)系交際與處理,抗壓能力強?;镜挠⒄Z口語能力,良好的書面英語能力。適應(yīng)差旅。教育: 大學本科或以上學歷Responsibility:Manage and develop tire industry Key Accounts business drive business growth up and achieve sales target.Develop & implement account strategy & plan, setup senior management business relationship with customers, drive marketing activities/initiatives at customer sites (Road-show, Training or Seminar, etc.)Promote target product & solution, approach specification work at target customer side.Identify and develop business opportunities (MRO & Projects), take lead on project management on important projects.Guide and support local sales team to develop potential business, switch out competitors.Keep smooth communication with HQ interface corresponding to global key accounts, make sure for good quality global cooperationManage and deliver document work on time(working report, project funnel list, case study, industry solution, etc.).Requirement:3 years sales or key account management experience in tire industrial field.Electric & automation **** knowledge of sensors will be better.Good business sense, understand customer focus.Good communication skill, interpersonal relationship handling ability and able to work under pressure.Fluent in both written and oral EnglishBe adapt to business travelsEducation: Bachelor Degree
