產(chǎn)品：快換接頭/閥門?Position Summary:To work with the existing fluid connector sales and manufacturing team in China.? The primary ****ive is to develop and grow the liquid cooling market in China at a predetermined rate. The position is responsible for executing activities relating to project management, engineering change/new product design, testing, ****uation, process design, and standardization. In addition to supporting the manufacturing team, this individual will support the sales team efforts and must be able to travel. This individual will be based in Changzhou and report to the Engineering Manager of Fluid Connectors Changzhou.?This position requires a high degree of motivation, a good set of independent problem-solving skills, analytical ability, excellent people skills and knowledge of the market for the product.? In addition, this person must posses excellent written and verbal communication in English. Progress against the product sales target, product development and market development will be monitored.?Scope/Supervision and Inter****:-Reports to Engineering Manager-Works closely with sales team for sales growth and new market development.-Interacts with customers, sales and internal teams for manufacturing direction and satisfying customer requirements.?-Works closely with operations team and foreign engineering team for sales growth and new projects launch.-Cooperates with manufacturing divisions outside China.?Job Responsibility:-As an interface of market and manufacturing platform, drive and support the sales growth with right products.-Role as a project leader when there’s production line to be transferred from oversea, handle the localization of products, equipment, and fixtures. Cooperate with foreign departments to ensure timely transfer of on-line production.-To drive the development of customized products, providing feasible options to meet customer needs. The role is responsible for coordinating the various departments through to the final status of normal production and shipment.-Provide engineering output with accuracy, correctness and meet to the division standard. Outputs include engineering change requests, product configuration changes, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.-Market survey, market data and competition information collection and maintenance.-Marketing activities such as catalog, bulletins, application reports, trade shows and products presentations as well.?-Working with sales team for new business development and new products promotion.-Assist to develop vender of process, material, equipment, and subcontractor.-Work with Ops team to optimize the production process under LEAN concept.-Implement product verification test according to customers’ requirements and product specifications.?Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics preferred.-At least 2~3 years operation experience with emphasis on products design, transfer. Must have strong hands-on capabilities to work on projects.?-Familiar with APQP. PPAP, PFMEA and TS16949 standard is better. Auto CAD,3D software（Pro-E, or Solidworks etc.）certificate is plus.-Quick coupling design experience, and valve design experience is a preference.-Strong problem-solving skills, good people communication skills.-Fluency both in speaking and writing in English.
